Digital Health Specialist - CORA Physical Therapy

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Digital Health Specialist to support and optimize digital tools that enhance patient care in our outpatient rehab clinics. In this role, you’ll implement and manage telehealth platforms, EMR/EHR workflows, remote monitoring, and digital patient engagement solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists and clinical leaders to streamline documentation, improve data quality, and drive patient-first, evidence-based care.

You will train and support staff, troubleshoot digital health systems, and help translate clinical needs into effective technology workflows. The ideal candidate blends healthcare experience with strong technical aptitude, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and communicates clearly with both clinicians and IT teams.
