Job Description

• Manage daily site operations from groundbreaking through project completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Monitor project schedules and milestone achievements
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety protocols
• Maintain project quality standards and ensure compliance with contract documents
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients
• Complete daily reports, site logs, and progress updates
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial and/or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules
• OSHA certification preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license
