Data Scientist

We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of experience who are eager to apply their quantitative background to real-world business challenges. The analyst will process data using Python, PySpark, and Databricks, develop models and dashboards, and provide insights that help business partners make more profitable decisions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to the company’s culture of humility, curiosity, and impact. Process and analyze data using Python, PySpark, and Databricks. Develop models, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support business decisions. Perform hands‑on analytics and modeling while learning and growing in the role. Provide actionable insights to business partners to improve customer and prospect profitability. WORKING CONDITIONS Fully remote role with collaboration across distributed teams. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 8+ years of experience in data analytics or related field. Experience with statistical software and database languages. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience applying data science to improve customer experience and business profitability. Proficiency in Python packages such as PySpark, NumPy, pandas, scikit‑learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and lifelines. Knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods including frequentist statistics, Bayesian statistics, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, and natural language processing. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with cloud‑based data storage and processing.
