What this job involves:

JLL is seeking a General Manager in West Palm Beach to join a strong, established team managing a diverse portfolio for a valued client. T his is an excellent opportunity to broaden your property management foundation across multiple asset types-medical and office. You'll work alongside a solid team managing well-maintained properties with good tenant relationships, with the convenience of free onsite parking at your office base. This role is ideal for a property management professional ready to take the next step in their career-someone who values access to cutting-edge property management technology and strives to build meaningful relationships with a respected client, supportive team, and industry-leading company.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Lead strategic planning initiatives and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion

* Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans and ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting. Analyze financial performance, prepare detailed reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations.

* Implement tenant satisfaction program, meet regularly with tenants to ensure successful program

* Oversee competitive bidding process for all third-party contracted services and ensure compliance with JLL standards

* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, supporting team members' career advancement and skill enhancement

* All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations

Required qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field

* Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry

* Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi-million dollar operation

* Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector

* Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

* Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

* Valid real estate license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe

Preferred qualifications:

* Real Estate License and Property Managers License, required within six (6) months if not currently licensed

* Professional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentials

* Strong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estate
