Job Details Job Location: Castle Hill Inn – Newport, RI 02840 Salary Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Position: Dishwasher Position Overview Work in the fine‑dining room, Aurelia, maintaining kitchen work areas, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and orderly, and keeping front and back of house operations moving smoothly. Essential Duties Wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays by hand and using the dishwashing machine. Sweep and mop kitchen floors. Wash work tables and clean food storage areas. Assist with trash and garbage. Help to load or unload supplies and transfer between storage and work areas. Perform basic food prep, cutting, washing, and chopping. Qualifications Must have a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays. Prior experience a plus but not required. Skills & Abilities Must be able to stand for long periods. Ability to lift and move 25–50 pounds. Collaborative, using a team approach to create an equitable workplace and maintain respectful working relationships.
