Junior Awards Specialist - Temporary

A24 is seeking a Junior Awards Specialist to join the Publicity team based in our LA office for the upcoming awards season. This temporary position runs from early August to early March. The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter skilled in multitasking, communication, and organization with 2‑5 years of professional experience in Film PR and/or Awards. Responsibilities Manage FYC e‑blasts and screening invites, coordinating with designers, fulfillment houses, and guilds/awards organizations. Manage DVD awards screeners, coordinating with internal teams on production and design, and with external teams on approvals, fulfillment, and distribution. Manage digital awards screener setup, coordinating with internal and external teams on specifications, assets, and approvals. Coordinate FYC website content, managing assets, materials, and screening information. Provide support for craft guild submissions, working with the internal team and submissions agency to compile required information and assets. Coordinate seating and assets for craft guild award shows, collaborating with internal teams and the guilds on all needs. Support the team at screening events and assist with managing RSVP trackers as needed. Maintain awareness and understanding of awards rules and campaign regulations. Qualifications 2‑5+ years of professional experience in Film PR and/or Awards. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable, proactive, and detail‑oriented. Social, humble, diligent, resourceful, and enthusiastic team player. Our target compensation range for this position is between $4,500 and $7,500 per month, depending on work experience, skills, and other considerations. We are looking for diverse perspectives.
