Mental Health Specialist

Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Mental Health Specialist role is based in various Minnesota areas. The specialist will provide one‑on‑one or group support to individuals facing mental health challenges, promote personalized care plans, and assist with emotional, behavioral, and crisis intervention strategies. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing case management, implementing therapeutic techniques, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in Mental Health Care and related practices 3 years of MHS/DSP experience Strong understanding of psychology principles and mental wellness strategies Experience in case management and coordinating individualized support plans Skills in crisis intervention and managing sensitive or high‑stress situations Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is a plus Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to mental health services #J-18808-Ljbffr
