Senior Analog Design Engineer

Hiring: Senior Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 12–15+ years Work Authorization: USC, GC, H4EAD We are looking for an experienced Senior Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join an innovative semiconductor design team working on high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced sensor platforms. Lead the architecture, design, simulation, and silicon validation of analog and mixed-signal IC blocks. Design Low-Noise Amplifiers (LNA) with focus on noise optimization. Develop ADC architectures , preferably column-parallel ADCs for imaging/sensing applications. Design ultra-low-power analog circuits in advanced deep-submicron CMOS technologies. Work on high-density data conversion and sensor readout circuits. Perform circuit simulations, PVT analysis, Monte Carlo analysis, and design verification. Collaborate with layout, verification, process, and system teams through tape-out and silicon bring‑up . Support laboratory characterization and debug of fabricated silicon. Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, VLSI Design , or a related field. 12–15+ years of relevant Analog/Mixed‑Signal IC Design experience. Strong hands‑on experience with: ADC Design Sensor readout circuits Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Calibre , and Monte Carlo analysis. Experience with advanced/deep-submicron CMOS technologies. Experience with IC tape‑out and silicon characterization is highly preferred.
