HRIS Data and Systems Consultant

Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in HRIS / HR Technology / HR Data roles
- Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (Employee Central required)
- Advanced Excel expertise (non-negotiable)
- Pivot tables, complex formulas
- Data reconciliation
- Strongly preferred: Power Query
- Proven experience working with large, complex datasets across systems
- Ability to scope work independently and estimate effort accurately
- Strong root cause analysis skills (not just surface-level fixes)
Preferred
- Experience with Payroll (SAP ECP, ADP) and/or Workforce Management
- Experience working in post-implementation stabilization environments
- Experience building audit tools or data validation frameworks
