Excellent Pay: Earn competitive base pay plus commission incentives for extra billable units, with total compensation ranging from $90,000-$110,000+ annually. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans. Train and supervise RBTs, ensuring ethical, high-quality service delivery. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies for continued success. Collaborate with families and teams to ensure consistent care across settings. Advocate for clients by maintaining compliance with funding and certification standards. Lead staff development, training, and innovative solutions for program sustainability. What You Bring: Certification & Education: Active BCBA and LBA certification with a Master’s degree in science, special education, psychology, or related field. Experience:3+ years working with individuals with ASD and their families, plus expertise in assessment tools, positive behavior support plans, and social skills training. Skills:Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills, plus the ability to lead and inspire teams. Credentials:BCBA, LBA, and reliable transportation.
