Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the office schedule
- Maintain and organize files in accordance with office protocols
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Assist with general office operations and communication
- Help ensure the office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
