Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a bilingual Front Office Dental Coordinator who is confident, organized, and patient-focused. This role is central to the daily success of the practice. You will manage scheduling, support case acceptance, help patients understand their benefits and financial options, and collaborate closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly.

part-time $23 - $25 per hour

Monday to Friday with 2 Saturdays every month

Must be willing to work in SN Family Dental - Newark
2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience
Fluent in English, Spanish (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of Dentrix (or similar dental software) or willing to learn practice management software
Understanding of dental procedure codes, insurance verification, and co-pay calculations, or medical/billing background
Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
Comfortable discussing financials with patients in a calm, clear way
