We are a non-profit, hospitality-driven Life Plan Community serving over 450 residents across all levels of care. Managed by Life Care Services (ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction by J.D. Power 2019–2025), we are known for excellence, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise Health Center dining staff
Assist with menu planning based on resident needs and preferences
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards
Oversee food ordering and inventory with culinary team
Maintain accurate diet records and tray card systems
Participate in QAPI and leadership meetings
Conduct monthly staff in-services and training
Elevate dining presentation and overall resident experience
Model and promote a culture of hospitality and respect

What We're Looking For:

Certified Dietary Manager (or actively pursuing certification) or Registered Dietitian
2+ years of food service leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Passion for serving seniors with dignity and care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
