SEIT Lead - Sensor & RF Systems Engineer (Remote)

Description You will be a SEIT Lead for a large and complex missile development effort at MFC. Our team delivers cutting‑edge sensor systems, and you will lead all aspects of systems engineering from requirements to subsystem development. What You Will Be Doing As SEIT Lead you will provide technical leadership and ensure execution of systems engineering across the program while driving transformation efforts such as Digital Engineering and MBSE. Lead cross‑functional engineering activities, including Conops and trade studies, system analyses, and configuration control. Develop and manage the technical baseline, verification planning, and execution. Provide technical leadership and ensure system engineering execution across the program. Lead systems engineering transformation efforts, including Digital Engineering and MBSE. Promote culture optimization, enhance employee experience, and develop critical skills. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or equivalent professional experience. Active Secret clearance required. Proficient communication skills and strong personal skills to collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Leader experience to conduct cross‑functional engineering activities for missile and/or sensor programs. Previous or current experience as an IPT Lead. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CONOPS, trade studies, system analyses, configuration control, verification planning, affordability, risk, and opportunity management. Working knowledge of RF systems. Desired Skills Master’s degree in Electrical/RF. Active TS/SCI clearance. Experience performing integration and test activities for sensor technologies and RF applications. Experience with laboratory operations, safety/security protocols, and training. Security Clearance MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. The position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain a Secret Security Clearance, with a final Secret Clearance and Investigation of CV date within 5 years required to start.
