Do you thrive on solving complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical puzzles? Do you enjoy varietyone day commissioning a new CNC lathe, the next performing a PM on a multi-axis VMC? If youre in the San AntonioAustin area and want to work with cutting-edge machine tools while staying mostly local, read on.
What youll do- Be the go-to expert for field service across our customers: diagnostics, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Support sales with technical insights and provide hands-on user training when needed.
- Communicate effectively with shop floor teams and management in a wide range of facilities.
- Uphold Ellisons professional and ethical standards in every interaction.
- Manage service cases end-to-end and keep meticulous customer records and technical documentation.
- Take on other related duties as assigned.
Primarily within the San AntonioAustin market, with minimal overnight travel during the week.
What you bring- Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
- Demonstrated capability across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Car allowance with fuel covered
