Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nurses

• Monitor and report patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families

• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards

• Document patient care and condition accurately and thoroughly

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Must be a certified State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) in the state of Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent required
