Guest Services Rep- Titanic Expo

Job Posting: Guest Services Representative – Titanic Exhibit Location: 601 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 (Located in the Inner Harbor, right next to the National Aquarium)

Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 / hour

Duration: Temporary / Event Staff

• Start Date: 8/24

• End Date: 9/7
  Operating Days: Wednesday through Monday (Closed every Tuesday)

Shift Schedules Available We are looking for reliable team members to fill 2 to 3 staff members per shift:

• AM Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Overview Join us in bringing history to life! We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Guest Services Representatives to support the temporary Titanic Exhibit in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. As the face of the exhibit, you will ensure our guests have a memorable, educational, and smooth experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with exhibit entry and ticket scanning.

• Provide helpful information regarding the exhibit layout, rules, and local area amenities.

• Manage crowd flow and maintain a welcoming environment in key exhibit areas.

• Answer guest questions with enthusiasm and basic knowledge of the exhibit.

• Assist with light sanitization, keeping entryways and high-traffic areas tidy.

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve basic guest inquiries with a helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned shifts reliably.

• Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of a shift.

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or event staffing is a plus!
