As an Associate Attorney at Orlans Law Group, you will be at the forefront of groundbreaking legal work. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited: Document Review: Dive deep into legal documents, uncovering critical details that drive case strategies. Document Preparation: Craft compelling legal documents, from pleadings to motions to correspondences that set the stage for success. Court Hearings: Step into the courtroom and represent our clients with confidence and poise. Client Interaction: Building strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance and support. Legal Research: Conduct in‑depth legal research to stay ahead of the curve and ensure our clients’ interests are protected. Case Management: Take charge of case files, ensuring meticulous organization and timely execution. Settlement and Negotiations: Master the art of negotiation, securing favorable settlements that exceed client expectations. Qualifications: Juris Doctrine (JD) from a law school Admission to the Michigan state bar and in good standing OH admissions a bonus No disciplinary action in the last 10 years. Strong analytical and research skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and collaborative mindset. Impeccable attention to detail and organization prowess. Strong negotiation skills and a knack for achieving win‑win outcomes. No experience necessary Position requires Strong Windows and MS Windows and Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel) experience required; knowledge of Adobe/Nuance Power PDF; being comfortable with new technologies/websites and should be an advanced technology/computer user.
