Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by performing accurate order entry, data entry, and customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and customers receive timely and accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate order entry for incoming and outgoing orders using the warehouse’s systems.
• Complete data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer information.
• Provide courteous and responsive customer service, including answering questions and assisting with order-related inquiries.
• Support general warehouse operations, including organizing, labeling, and tracking products as needed.
• Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• Basic order entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency in data entry, including the ability to enter information quickly and correctly.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work an early morning schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed.
• Entry-level qualifications with a willingness to learn and follow established processes.

• Comfort using basic computer systems and software for order and data entry.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Reliability and punctuality, especially for early morning shifts.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse setting with a schedule of 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with opportunities for overtime as business needs require. You will work on-site using basic computer systems and warehouse tools to complete order entry, data entry, and customer service tasks. The environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, requiring consistent communication and coordination with coworkers. Appropriate work attire suitable for a warehouse environment is expected, with adherence to all safety and operational guidelines.

This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
