### Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior AI/ML Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.

You will work on real-world AI projects involving machine learning models, Generative AI, LLM applications, and scalable production systems. The candidate must have excellent coding skills, strong problem-solving ability, and the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.

### Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions
* Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
* Develop LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable production-level code
* Work with data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment
* Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders
* Participate in technical discussions and code reviews

### Required Skills

* 7+ years of software engineering experience
* Strong Python programming skills
* Strong experience with Machine Learning / Deep Learning
* Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents
* Experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar
* Strong API development and backend engineering skills
* Experience with databases and data processing
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD is a plus
* Strong Git and software development practices

### Soft Skills

* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to work with US/EU-based teams
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
* Self-motivated and independent worker

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience building production AI systems
* Experience with MLOps
* Experience with open-source AI projects
