Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring a talented and highly skilled Shift Manager

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a Fast Casual restaurant with a tropical twist. We inspire a healthier lifestyle by serving amazing food and smoothies with a bit of tropical fun! Our menu boasts bold, flavorful smoothies made-to-order with quality ingredients. We also offer a range of wholesome food options made fresh to suit individual tastes. Combine that with a fun, relaxing atmosphere and unparalleled hospitality, and you can see why people return again and again for the Tropical Smoothie Cafe experience.

Overview:

At Tropical Smoothie Cafe Downtown, we have a fun, fast-paced atmosphere. We believe in creating relationships with our staff, as we believe it is the building block for a thriving business. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for taking orders, providing excellent customer service, making food and smoothies, prepping food with accurate measuring and weighing, stocking, and clean-up. You will also have the opportunity to train new team members and delegate and run scheduled shifts. No fryer cleaning required!

Key Responsibilities:

Taking orders and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to provide unparalleled hospitality to our customers
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
