• Call Schedule: Shared call, approximately 1:5 with goal of 1:6 as group expands

• Compensation: $350,000 - $375,000 starting base salary+ $100,000 sign-on bonus+ $100,000 retention bonus (year 2)+ Generous productivity incentives+ Partnership pathway (after year 2)
