Job Title: Social Media Marketer
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and strategically minded Social Media Marketer to own and elevate our organic social media presence. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex, professional B2B products into compelling social content that builds authority, generates high-quality leads, and engages industry decision-makers.
The ideal candidate understands that B2B marketing isn't about chasing viral vanity metrics; it is about building trust, educating the market, and nurturing a highly specialized professional audience across channels like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and X. This position also requires you to engage in real-time conversations online with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Execution: Use and execute a comprehensive social media calendar that aligns with our broader account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation goals.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Promote on social media and write thought-leadership articles, distill technical product features into bite-sized summaries, and design high-converting visual assets (infographics, carousels, and short-form video). Generate engagement with posts and emails across all communication platforms.
- Executive Thought Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product subject matter experts (SMEs) to ghostwrite and optimize their personal professional profiles.
- Community Management & Social Selling: Actively monitor industry trends, join relevant industry conversations, and engage with key accounts, partners, and prospects to foster a highly professional community.
- Analytics & ROI Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics monthly. Shift focus from vanity metrics (likes/follows) to business-driving indicators like click-through rates (CTR), referral traffic, and pipeline attribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated social media marketing experience.
- Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of social media platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn Campaign Manager , LinkedIn organic algorithms, and specialized professional forum dynamics.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly understand and clearly explain complex, technical, or specialized product suites to a corporate buyer persona.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience using modern social media management tech stacks (e.g., Sprout Social, HubSpot, ) alongside creative suites (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud ).
- Communication: Exceptional business writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to executive, director, and procurement-level audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working alongside product marketing and sales enablement teams.
- Basic understanding of GEO, SEO, content syndication, and how organic social integrates with paid programmatic B2B ad campaigns.
