Workers Compensation Claims Assistant

Client is in need of Workers Compensation New Claims entry This position would be for our Bradenton, FL office but can be remote. EST or CT time ok Location: Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zone) Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour Assignment Length: Temporary through the end of the year Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (EST or CST). Flexible within one hour of the scheduled start/end time after training. About The Opportunity Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Workers Compensation New Claims entry to join their team on a temporary assignment expected to last through the end of the year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data entry and computer skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple computer systems using dual monitors and will be responsible for accurately keying payment information from claim check outputs. Responsibilities Accurately enter payment information into multiple systems Process claim payment data with a high level of accuracy Work efficiently using dual monitors and multiple applications Maintain productivity while meeting quality standards Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality Qualifications Excellent data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Insurance experience is not required; candidates with strong payment processing or data entry experience are encouraged to apply Additional Information Remote position Company-provided computer equipment Two weeks' notice is required before the selected candidate can begin Training will be provided #J-18808-Ljbffr Questpro Consultants LLC
