Customer Service RepresentativeOur client is a retail Agency servicing the state of Mississippi. They have built their business by making solid commitments to their business relationships with their producers, their companies and their service providers, to provide superior service and knowledge at all times. This position helps them to uphold that commitment to their customers in a family friendly work environment. Full benefit package including company paid Employee Life and Health Insurance and 401k. Responsibilities:Commercial insurance customer service skills including:AMS 360 Management System PreferredAnswering InquiriesIssuing paymentsQuoting and issuing policies and endorsementsExceptional phone skillsBrokering ancillary lines of businessManage relationships between carriers and agentsExperience / Educational RequirementsMinimum of 4 years of customer service experienceGood interpersonal skillsExcel experience requiredAbility to work as part of teamP&C license is required
