What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate patient care utilizing the nursing process within regulatory standards
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized teaching strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
• Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members
• Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout each shift

What You Need
Required:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing
• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Proficiency in healthcare software and web-based applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
