Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager – ERP to lead complex Oracle ERP initiatives supporting finance, inventory, order management, and enterprise business operations. This individual will oversee projects from planning through post implementation support while partnering with cross functional business and technical teams to successfully deliver strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience managing Oracle E Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, understands both Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies, and excels at bringing structure, transparency, and accountability to large scale enterprise programs. This position will also help modernize project management practices by leveraging AI enabled tools to improve planning, reporting, forecasting, risk management, and overall delivery effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle ERP projects from initiation through post go live support. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource plans. Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, developers, QA, vendors, and leadership. Partner with Finance, Inventory, and Order Management teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. Facilitate executive status meetings, governance reviews, and RAID management. Determine when Agile or waterfall methodologies are most appropriate for successful delivery. Promote adoption of AI enabled project management tools and PMO best practices. Support testing, training, change management, cutover planning, and user adoption. Required Qualifications Five or more years of experience leading enterprise technology or ERP projects. Hands on experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or both. Experience supporting Finance, Inventory, or Order Management business functions. Strong project planning, dependency management, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading cross functional technical and business teams. Experience using AI enabled tools to improve project planning, reporting, communications, or delivery. Preferred Qualifications Experience migrating Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Knowledge of APIs, middleware, enterprise integrations, and data migration concepts. Business process improvement or continuous improvement experience.
