What You'll Do:

As the Healthy Families America (HFA) Program Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping families thrive by:

• Managing essential program data and ensuring smooth, accurate reporting.
• Supporting vibrant community engagement through events, outreach, and health fairs.
• Assisting in the organization of exciting training activities and community-based initiatives.
• Partnering with program leadership to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Representing MCC at community events and supporting internal program projects with creativity and care.
• Providing support across teams by effectively communicating and utilizing data to inform decision making.
• Monitoring supplies at multiple sites and ensuring items are available to meet program needs.
• Develop and maintain regularly scheduled data entry and tracking systems
• Answer phone calls/emails, distribute messages, and conduct follow-up with community partners, meeting participants, and assist with mailings as necessary

What You Bring:

• A heart for community health and maternal-child wellness
• Ability to travel within Greater Philadelphia
• Associates Degree is required, Bachelor's Preferred
• 1+ year of administrative experience (bonus if you have nonprofit or program support experience!)
• Exceptional organizational skills, tech-savvy (Microsoft Office pro!), and a collaborative spirit
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• A warm, compassionate, and professional approach to working with diverse communities
