Field Service Technician - TechnologyAs a Technology Field Service Technician, you will provide on-site technical support for computer hardware, peripherals, and data cabling systems. Responds to service dispatches to diagnose, repair, or replace faulty equipment and cabling at restaurant locations. Manages and maintains the hardware depot facility, including configuring and preparing new equipment, tracking warranty and inventory information, performing hardware repairs, and conducting functionality tests before deployment. This position requires participation in an after-hours on-call rotation and occasional travel as needed.We are a family-owned and operated company, which means our core values have been passed down from generation to generation.
