What You’ll Do We’re seeking a forward-thinking Health Coach who can inspire healthier lifestyle choices. You will work closely with our Medical Management and Disease Management team to identify at-risk members, steer them to high-value care, and document interactions in ways that support actionable insights. You’ll not only help members reach their potential, you’ll also help shape the processes and systems that make our preventive health model stronger every year. Responsibilities We’re looking for someone who thrives in an energetic, ever-evolving environment. The perfect fit: Review biomarker data, health risk assessments, and NIH risk levels to identify at-risk members. Collaborate with the Medical Management and Disease Management team on risk identification, steerage opportunities, and follow-up care coordination. Develop coaching relationships with members, guiding them toward measurable lifestyle improvements. Identify target behavior changes and goals, create personalized action plans, and track progress. Document coaching interactions with a focus on accuracy, standardization, and analytics value, enabling trend tracking, predictive modeling, and ROI measurement. Contribute to the design and refinement of processes, workflows, and data capture methods that strengthen our internal database. Use BeniComp tools and resources to support, educate, and engage members in prevention and chronic condition management. Research and recommend preventive health solutions; coordinate services with healthcare professionals (e.g., nurse, functional medicine specialist, specialty provider). Support operational aspects of the division to meet client and participant needs. Actively seek ways to use data and documentation to improve member engagement, risk reduction, and cost savings. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of clinical or health coaching experience. BA, BS, or higher in a health-related field. Demonstrated ability to connect member engagement with measurable outcomes. Effective written and oral communication skills. Strong data literacy, comfortable using and learning digital tools for tracking, reporting, and analytics. Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams. Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) and web-based platforms; willingness to learn proprietary systems.
