Location: USA – Spring, Energy Drive Summary The internship program grants students the opportunity to gain exposure to freight forwarding and supply chain logistics and apply educational knowledge towards work related projects. At the conclusion of the program, interns will obtain hands‑on experience and a solid foundation of supply chain management. Duties and Responsibilities Support shipment processing within the Air & Sea Division, including assignments of varying complexity such as overland road freight, oversized cargo, and out‑of‑gauge shipments. Perform tasks within Company standards with emphasis on cost efficiency and industry standards. Advise department supervisor or manager of any transaction problems or irregularities. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines such as the Code of Conduct, assigned work schedules, and attendance requirements. Monitor shipment progress and promptly raise any transaction issues, delays, or irregularities to the supervisor or manager. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide feedback on the department they have worked in. All Staff Responsibilities Perform assigned tasks to support DSV, meet objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment, and follow all requirements set out in the Quality, Health, Safety, Environment policy. Educational Background / Work Experience Prefer high school diploma or equivalent; age 18+. Skills & Competencies Accountability Find pragmatic solutions using decision‑making techniques. Language Skills English fluency (written and spoken). Computer Literacy MS Office. At‑Will Employment Employees are hired for an undefined period of time as “at‑will” employees.
