The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary care team, delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices. Providing relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural needs. Partnering with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making. Coordinating and documenting safe, quality care while promoting teamwork and respectful clinical environments. Supporting performance improvement initiatives, participating in research, and adhering to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Mentoring and serving as a resource for colleagues to foster a healthy, knowledgeable workforce. Contributing to protocol development, resource management, and continuous professional development. Qualifications And Skills Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; licensed as an RN with current certifications in BLS and ACLS. Minimum of 5 years recent, relevant acute care experience. Strong critical thinking, communication, time management, and technology skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies, and demonstrate professionalism and cultural competence.
