Summary Provide personalized beauty advice and product expertise while delivering a welcoming, engaging customer experience. Build and maintain client relationships, support sales across in-store and online channels, and maintain compelling merchandise presentation. Responsibilities Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships. Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology effectively. Provide makeup lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and current trend advice. Support merchandising and operational requirements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous selling experience required, preferably in cosmetics. Ability to interpret instructional and procedural documents. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
