Commercial HVAC Field Technician

Job Description Job Description As a HVAC Technician at Entech Sales & Service, you will use your skills to perform inspections, diagnosis as well as onsite repairs of HVAC equipment. Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, service, troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and related products, including but not limited to split systems, rooftops, vav, ahus, chillers and boilers Maintain accurate field service reports, including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs Regular use of power tools, hand tools, and other mechanical equipment to service and repair rental systems as needed Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required On call rotation for 24/7 emergency service to support the needs of the customers Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times Benefits of becoming a Service Technician at Entech Compensation: Highly competitive compensation program with profit sharing. Qualifications of Candidates High school diploma or GED 3+ years Commercial HVAC experience, including servicing, troubleshooting both heating and cooling equipment Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record Lift/exert force of 60/75lbs or greater at times The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Mechanical aptitude including knowledge of tools applicable to rental installation, service and repair.
