\nLocation: PHC Pinellas – Central St Petersburg
\nSchedule: Full-Time | In-Person or Hybrid
\nSalary: $90,000–$100,000
\n \nPsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in PHC Pinellas – Central St Petersburg . This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.
\n \nRole Overview:
\n70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
\nMaintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week.
\nSupervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
\nConduct clinician interviews and support team development.
\nHelp strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
\n \nRequirements:
\n✔ Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Florida
\n✔ Strong clinical and leadership experience
\n✔ Passion for mentorship and team growth
