Recruitment Coordinator

Our client, one of the world's largest investment companies, is actively looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Talent Attraction Partnerships team in Charlotte, NC! This role is onsite hybrid 3 days a week so local candidates are required. ***This is a 6 month contract with the opportunity for extension*** In this role, you will gain extensive knowledge on the company's attraction partners, tools, and strategies. You will also learn how to better understand candidate engagement and how this company delivers world class events by assisting with recruitment and hiring events! Responsibilities Event Logistics: Responsible for the selection, shipment and receiving of booth materials, as well as support with interview scheduling, job posting and sourcing using Paradox, Handshake, 12Twenty and others. Inventory Management: Responsible for the maintenance and reporting of available items to talent attraction leads. Strategy partner: Work side by side with the Attraction Team Leads to ensure successful execution of campus and MBA events throughout the U.S. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree is preferred 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role, with an emphasis on hiring and recruitment events Strong communication skills Any experience working with a recruitment platform or ATS is a plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
