As a Small Engine Technician, you'll deliver high-quality equipment set-up and service that meets manufacturers' standards and exceeds customer expectations. We proudly serve a diverse customer base that includes golf courses, professional sports organizations such as the NFL, NASCAR, MLS, and MLB, and world-class venues like Disney.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up new equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
• Preparing demo units and assembling accessories to customer specifications
• Grinding reels, bed knives, and blades; setting accurate height of cut
• Documenting issues clearly and efficiently
• Using computer systems for parts lookup and communication
• Supporting internal quality control inspections

Requirements:

What You Bring:

• Mechanical repair and maintenance experience (turf equipment a plus, not required)
• Ability to read manuals, electrical, and hydraulic schematics
• Basic knowledge of gas and diesel engines
• Requires lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, reaching
