What You'll Do

• Support clinical interventions under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Administer treatments such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and exercises
• Use supportive and assistive devices to aid patient rehabilitation
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Document treatment sessions accurately per regulatory standards
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy plans and progress
• Participate in patient care meetings, trainings, and team conferences
• Support students and supervise clinical activities within scope of practice

What You Need

• Required:
• Active State Licensure/Registration (if applicable)
• Relevant occupational therapy assistant experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Preferred:
• Experience in long-term care settings
