Salary: $65,000–$100,000 annually (pay is negotiated based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 35 hours/week

We are currently hiring a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time opportunity in Milton, WA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Elementary school population
• District-wide occupational therapy caseload
• Student populations will vary based on district assignment and building needs
• Collaborative work alongside teachers, special education teams, and other school-based professionals
• Focus on supporting student access, participation, and functional independence
• Opportunity for long-term continuation beyond the 2026–2027 school year for clinicians who are a strong fit

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Eligible for or currently holding a Washington State Occupational Therapist License
• Eligible for or currently holding required Washington school-based credentialing
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Interest in working with students in a school-based setting
