Job Summary:
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a medical facility located in Belleville, Illinois. The role primarily involves night shift work from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with every other holiday included in the schedule. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day and must have at least two years of ICU experience. Job Details:

• Shift Hours: 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license in Missouri (MO) or a compact license; license in hand required at time of submittal; minimum of 2 years ICU experience; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records system; ability to perform procedures including line insertion, intubation, and hypothermia protocols; experience with CVVHD/CRRT, IABP, pulmonary artery monitoring, and post-cardiac surgery care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with open heart procedures, Continuous IV sedation, interpretation of dysrhythmias.
• Schedule: Night shift (1845-0715), every other holiday, 36 hours per week minimum.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to assist with line insertion, intubation, and hypothermia protocols. The unit provides interdisciplinary support with a unit secretary and cares for adult patients with diagnoses including cardiac/pulmonary issues, dialysis, and vascular conditions. Travelers are expected to float between units within scope to meet facility needs, including within the organizations different sites.
