Base pay range $55.00/hr - $75.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Prime Team Partners Senior IT Recruiter @ Prime Team Partners Location: Seattle Hybrid schedule preferred, Can consider primarily remote for candidates within WA State but some onsite may be required Rate Range: $55-75/hr, DOE and location Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain server, network, and storage systems with high availability and reliability. Lead infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Oversee deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT infrastructure. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans with regular testing. Provide technical mentorship and leadership to IT team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with teams and vendors. Optimize system performance and strategically plan infrastructure upgrades. Ensure adherence to security protocols, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Document system configurations, architecture, and operational procedures. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in systems engineering and IT infrastructure. Proficiency in managing Windows servers, virtualization (VMware, AHV, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Strong understanding of storage solutions (SAN/NAS), disaster recovery, and backup technologies. Experience with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) preferred. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Prime Team Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
