Retail Staff Pharmacist - Culver, IN

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility in Culver, IN is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for an outpatient hospital setting on a contract basis lasting 8 to 13 weeks. This role offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with every other Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities:

Accurately fill medication orders and verify technician-prepared products before release
Maintain security measures for the pharmacy and controlled substances
Enter orders and patient information in the system with precision
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective medication use

Qualifications:

Active Indiana pharmacy license
Pharmacy experience in a clinical or retail setting required
Experience with Pioneer RX order entry system preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
