Purple Cow Food Expeditors (Expo) are responsible for professionally communicating information between the front of house and back of house, making sure that food is sent to tables in the right order, quickly, and presented to the guest according to the Purple Cow specifications. Expeditors are responsible for the final presentation of the plate, making sure it is dressed and garnished correctly and free from smudges or spills. Our goal is for all team members to cooperatively work with each other to consistently provide guests with "Outrageous" service.

Key areas of responsibility include maintaining a clean station, organizing prepared menu items, ensuring proper delivery of menu items to the appropriate table either by other team members or yourself, packaging togo orders according to Purple Cow standards, ensuring proper delivery of togo orders to the togo specialist either by other team members or yourself, and stocking of job related items.

Communicates with all team members, management, and guests.

Qualifications include a strong sense of guest service and urgency, good organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to stay focused on tasks, guest relations, ability to work with others, and ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Compensation: $11/hour and up, based on experience.

Purple Cow has been serving "The Young of All Ages" in Central Arkansas since 1989. The Purple Cow is a 50s-style, full-service diner delighting customers with gourmet burgers, specialty sandwiches, delicious entre salads and old-fashioned soda fountain treats. We serve ice cream from Arkansas' own Yarnell's Premium Ice Cream. Quality is key to us. All of our soups and sauces, most of our dressings and our award-winning cheese dip and chili are homemade.

We pride ourselves in consistently serving food of the highest quality. We are famous for our hamburgers and milkshakes, but offer much more, such as, specialty salads, grilled sandwiches, homemade soup, chili, and cheese dip, just to name a few. All of our guests receive Outrageous Service, meaning we go above and beyond to meet all of their needs. We provide all of this in a clean, organized, and FUN environment. Our ultimate goal is to give our guests a one of a kind experience that will leave a lasting impression, and encourage them to become a lifelong fan.
