Our resort offers a unique experience. This is a full time on site role for a General Manager located in Temecula CA. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of two winery resorts, Carter Estate Winery Resort and South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of service and luxury. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight, marketing, and driving the overall vision and success of the resort. The General Manager will also be responsible for improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.Compensation: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per yearEstablished in 2011, Carter Hospitality Group, LLC. is a family-owned hospitality company with 4 hotels and resorts as well as 3 wineries across the United States.
