Pediatrician

We’re hiring a Pediatrician in Pittsfield, Massachusetts who wants meaningful work, excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to improve the health of children and families throughout the Berkshires.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive care, well-child visits, acute pediatric concerns, chronic disease management, and family education. You’ll be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $178,500–$206,500
• Health insurance with approximately 75% employer-paid coverage
• Dental & vision coverage with approximately 75% employer-paid coverage
• 403(b) retirement plan
• 4 weeks PTO plus sick time and paid holidays
• 40 hours of CME time annually
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000
• Malpractice coverage provided
• Relocation assistance available
