Take the next step in your cleaning career. The Maids in Seekonk is hiring a dependable, motivated Team Leader to lead a residential cleaning team and help deliver service our customers can count on.

This is a hands-on role: youll clean alongside your team, organize daily responsibilities, check cleaning quality and help team members develop their skills.

What youll do:

• Lead by example, working alongside your team to clean customers homes.
• Assign cleaning tasks and help your team stay organized and on schedule.
• Check each team members work to maintain consistent cleaning quality.
• Train and support new and experienced Team Members.
• Provide constructive feedback and work with management on team performance and development.
• Communicate team needs and any service issues to the office.
• Help ensure company equipment and supplies are used properly and cared for.

Cleaning duties include dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, using a backpack vacuum, and cleaning floors. Some tasks involve bending, kneeling and cleaning floors on your hands and knees.

• Comfort working in homes with pets.

• Reliable transportation to our Seekonk office; we provide transportation to job sites.
