If you are not, please apply with our competitors!Position OverviewSchedule: Full Time/ M-F, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer for the creation and development of private brands, marketing campaigns, and creative assets for Mid-States and its portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded designer who can move seamlessly between digital and traditional media, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing assets, social content, web graphics, email creative, branding, packaging, and campaign development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and production of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, web, email, and social media channelsCreate compelling digital assets including web graphics, paid media ads, email creative, landing page visuals, social media content, and promotional campaign materialsApply conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving from initial concept through final production across branding, packaging, websites, POP/POS, print collateral, advertising, and digital marketing initiativesCollaborate daily with Creative Services leadership, Brand Management, Marketing, Digital, and Category Teams to execute projects across all platformsSupport the development and evolution of private brand visual identities and campaign creativePrepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications while maintaining accuracy and brand consistencyHelp maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and design systems across multiple brands and campaignsWork efficiently to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentMinimum Qualifications, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, digital design, or related field preferred, but not required5+ years (flexible) of hands-on design experience across digital and print mediaStrong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work across digital advertising, social media, branding, web, packaging, and printStrong understanding of digital marketing creative, including paid social assets, display advertising, email design, web graphics, and content optimized for multiple platformsStrategic, concept-first designer with strong typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skillsExperience developing and maintaining brand standards and design systems across multiple channelsHighly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesCollaborative, adaptable, and comfortable incorporating feedback into creative developmentSelf-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and AcrobatWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with motion graphics, video editing, Shopify, Figma, or digital content creation tools is a plusFarm & Ranch, retail, consumer products, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus, but not requireSome travel involved.
