Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dental hygiene treatments, such as prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and taking radiographs.
- Inform patients about oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Evaluate and record patients' oral health status.
- Work alongside the dentist and clinical team to formulate treatment plans.
- Keep precise patient records and clinical documentation.
- Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for each patient.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Local anesthesia certification is preferred (if applicable).
- Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality care.
- Positive demeanor and capability to collaborate well within a team.
