- Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive execution across multiple workstreams
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
- Facilitate project meetings, executive updates, and cross-functional coordination
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables as applicable
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC, governance, and compliance standards
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
- Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Exposure to enterprise platforms, infrastructure, security, or business systems
- Willingness and ability to work in the Bay Area (hybrid or on-site as required)
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 or large enterprise organizations
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience coordinating external vendors and distributed teams
- Early consideration for upcoming IT Project Manager opportunities
- Representation by a specialized recruiting partner with deep enterprise experience
- Access to long-term, high-visibility technology initiatives
- Clear communication as roles move from planning to execution
