Senior Analyst- Data Quality & Automation
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst- Data Quality & Automation to be based in Raritan, NJ. Consideration will also be given to Mexico and Bogota.
About the Role
This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of supply chain data while driving AI and automation initiatives that streamline day-to-day operations. This role partners across different supply chain teams to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and design scalable, automated data quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that directly enables better patient outcomes and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality Management:
- Establish, monitor, and enforce data quality standards, rules, and governance across supply chain systems
- Proactively identify, investigate, and monitor data discrepancies, anomalies, and root causes affecting master data, transactional data, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators to track health, completeness, and accuracy over time.
Automation & Process Improvement:
- Identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone processes and support implementation of automation solutions (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, Python, SQL scripts, ETL pipelines).
- Build, test, and deploy automated workflows that reduce cycle time and improve reliability of day-to-day supply chain operations.
- Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance automation and analytics capabilities.
Cross-Functional Engagement:
- Engage with multi-functional teams across projects and critical initiatives to gather quality requirements, implement them and monitor for resolution.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, align on outcomes, and communicate progress and impact.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain data management, or analytics, with a focus on data quality and process automation.
- Hands-on experience with data tools and automation platforms (SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, ETL).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and master data domains (material, vendor, customer, BOM, inventory).
- Proven ability to capture requirements and collaborate across diverse teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical devices, or consumer health).
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance frameworks, and master data management (MDM) tools.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Snowflake).
- Lean Six Sigma or project management certification.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $94,000.00 - $151,800.00
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period 10 days Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
